For six weeks, we’ll dive into the depths of shadow work, an ancient practice that allows you to confront and heal the parts of yourself that have been suppressed, ignored, or wounded. Whether it’s unresolved hurt from the church, betrayal in relationships, or trauma from racially charged, misogynistic, and other difficult situations, our work together will be a powerful act of self-liberation.

🌸 Week 1: Discovering the Shadow
Understanding what shadow work is and how unhealed traumas manifest in your life, relationships, and spirit. Get clear on what’s been keeping you stuck and learn how to recognize the patterns of your shadow self.
🌸 Week 2: Facing Church Hurt
We’ll dive deep into the wounds of church hurt and spiritual trauma. Whether it’s judgment, abandonment, or religious trauma that’s left you disconnected, we’ll explore how to heal those scars and reconnect with your spirituality on your own terms.
🌸 Week 3: Healing Relationship Wounds
From toxic partners to broken friendships, the shadows of past relationships can block your goddess energy. You’ll confront these wounds, forgive yourself and others, and create space for healthy, loving relationships to thrive.
🌸 Week 4: Overcoming Emotional Trauma
Whether it’s childhood pain, betrayal, or loss, this week we’ll focus on the deep emotional scars that still affect your everyday life. You’ll use shadow work techniques to release these emotional burdens and reclaim your joy and peace.
🌸 Week 5: Reclaiming Your Divine Feminine Power
As you confront your shadows, your divine feminine energy will rise. This week, you’ll tap into your sensuality, intuition, and goddess essence. We’ll practice somatic movement and rituals that will activate your sacral chakra, unlocking your inner power.
🌸 Week 6: Rising as the Healed Goddess
By the end of our journey, you will stand in your full power as a Melanated Goddess. We’ll celebrate your transformation with rituals, affirmations, and a closing circle to solidify your new beginning as a healed, whole woman.
